Je conduis la recherche sous la codirection de Madame la Professeure Bénédicte François et de Monsieur le Professeur Alessio Bartolacelli. Je suis inscrite en cotutelle à l'UPEC et à l'Université de Macerata (Italie). La recherche est financée par une bourse de doctorat italienne.
Abstract
Le projet de recherche porte sur le nouveau rôle des sociétés lucratives et se concentre en particulier sur l'étude comparative des modèles italiens et français de
Benefit Corporation, respectivement la
società benefit et la société à mission. L'objectif de la recherche doctorale est de vérifier l'impact de cette nouvelle forme d'organisation sur le développement durable de l'économie européenne, en examinant les différentes questions juridiques liées aux sociétés à but lucratif, afin de fournir également des orientations futures pour les législations nationales et européennes respectives.
